You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your OperationKit account at any time. This page explains how.
OperationKit is operated by Datapron Yazılım Reklam ve İnternet Hizmetleri A.Ş. When you submit a deletion request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us locate your records, please include the email address associated with your account.
We will confirm receipt, delete your data, and reply with a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request. We aim to complete deletion promptly and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you connected through Facebook or Instagram
If you signed in to OperationKit using Facebook or Instagram Login, you can send a data deletion request directly from Facebook. When you do, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the associated data.
- Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites. You'll see the apps connected to your account.
- Find and select OperationKit, then click Remove.
- In the confirmation dialog, choose to send a data deletion request (via View Removed Apps and Websites → View → Send Request).
Once we receive the request, we delete the associated data and provide a confirmation code and a status URL where you can track the request, in line with Meta's requirements.
What we delete: your account profile, agent and workflow configurations tied to your account, run history, and personal data collected from connected platforms on your behalf. Data that is required for legal, tax, or security compliance may be retained for the minimum period required by law, then deleted.
Checking the status of your request
After you submit a request, we provide a confirmation code and a status link. If you have your confirmation code and need an update, email [email protected] and include the code.
